Spent the last session upgrading NovaPay from a simple batch-payer into a full-scale payroll tool running on @MorphNetwork

The pipeline is fully automated from commit to production. We configured GitHub Actions for CI/CD with strict secrets management, pushing directly to Vercel for zero-downtime deployments
