I spoke about this during my time on @EngSchools.
When governance moves away from transparency, it stops reflecting the will of the voters. I experienced that nullification firsthand.
Q: And why should we still care and write whole X threads pushing back on this intellectually dishonest @JonCaldara position-taking?
A: Because he wants to be @hd3williams.

He lodged criminal and administrative complaints against Englewood Schools for complying with a valid open records request from a local news outlet. (All his complaints were summarily dismissed.)
He is not for open records.

He did all this while acting independent of the Englewood School Board he was a member of.
He demanded special treatment and counsel while abdicating his actual duties to attend school board meetings and act as a voice within a board quorum.

Stop positioning yourself, @williamstwts, as some X intellectual when what you really do is steal other people's words and do no form of attribution. https://t.co/tofBcXxSrt
Psst! @williamstwts - if OP deletes their post, it's not an invitation to steal it. Swallow your ego and post some original words. https://t.co/zPOm9snijF
Psst! White people, c'mere a sec -
If someone suggests you take diversity sensitivity training, it's not an insult - it means you seem like a decent person with some blind spots. Swallow your ego and go take the damn course
Stealing other people's posts protects @williamstwts comfort. The second he works to create original content, posting becomes effort instead of posing. https://t.co/i7mSRq17ee
A lot of white people only want race conversations to happen on terms that protect their comfort. The second Black people speak plainly about what racism looks like in real life, suddenly the issue becomes “division” instead of the injustice being named.
@williamstwts Hi @williamstwts, 👋
Your desire to look intelligent by plagiarizing the words of others must be rooted in some deep insecurity.
You don't have the right to steal their thoughts and present them as your own.
STOP THAT. https://t.co/K2uQVt27Ea
You do not have to classify yourself as a plagiarist in order to steal other people's words or to benefit from how those words make you sound. (Read that as many times as you need to @williamstwts) https://t.co/fDPuGqTw1d
You do not have to classify yourself as “white” in order to espouse “whiteness” or to benefit from white privilege and white supremacy in this country. (Read that as many times as you need to).
@williamstwts Apologies for linking to the wrong thread. But please ask your friend C. Anne about the Constitution part. She runs around Reddit as a constituonalist. https://t.co/nH2JpPRmUo
@williamstwts Glad to see that you added some words to this stolen content. Too bad the part you added is inaccurate! The Constitution says nothing about the separation of Church and State. That topic shows up in Madison's contributions to The Federalist Papers. https://t.co/5I0GXUfAV5
What strikes me when people suggest that “nobody knew how bad things would get” is that they consider the people who warned them to be nobody. Same with the gaslighting of “ both sides”
@williamstwts Hey, @williamstwts, you forgot to include the "as a white stoner..." line from the threads post you stole this from: https://t.co/gj9ib9XOnk
