Public speaking ranks as the #1 fear globally. To help developers get over that fear, @meltinghack & I are hosting a talk+interactive session for folks in Tokyo.

I’ve been using speech-to-text for communicating with AI agents too often. When I context-switch and talk to people instead, I have to remind myself not to be straightforward in the interest of saving tokens.
I'll be speaking about Agent Skills for full stack development at @TokyoAI_JP. Few more talks on agentic development. Come join if you're interested!

@fintasys Nothing wrong, cmux builds on top of it (literally, uses libghostty) with better notifications support (see 0:50-1:05 in the video).
cmux natively reads ghosty config, along with its own non-overlapping config.

In the past month, I've switched my default terminal twice (iterm → ghostty → cmux).
The last time I changed my default terminal was 7 years ago (tilix → iterm2) when I switched to a macbook 👴
MistralAI Worldwide Hackathon Tokyo was great !
Did not expect to pull an all-nighter, ML hackathons are intense. Used hugging face, weights and biases for the first time. Fine-tuning has changed a lot since my uni days 👴
Unempowered Accountability:
A phenomenon of holding people responsible for outcomes without giving them the power to make decisions.
I'm going to avoid it like the plague.
An AI overview, just for me ?
Accidentally entered my github repo on google search, and Google's AI decided to show a lovely overview. It's pretty accurate, except that the picture isn't me, it's a college mate 😂
"And you know what’s funny? When senior engineers do this well, it looks easy. Like nothing was even done. The project just… goes smoothly."
My recent promotion project was similar. 0 lines of code written in 2 months (of 6), but 30 slack @'s everyday.
