an irish pharmacist looking through the national archives in dublin accidentally unearthed a forgotten and lost short story by bram stoker, author of DRACULA. unknown even to scholars, it’s being published for the first time in a century. first new mozart, now new bram stoker
@DiscussingFilm Ridiculous, such a good show! Netflix really need to figure out the problem with their model. Bring back pilots or weekly releases or something because this is just insane.
@DiscussingFilm That's great and all but... The road/forest set very much feels like it's filmed on a stage. There's just something so unrealistic about it, it doesn't quite work in my opinion :/ great show otherwise!
@CultureCrave@Independent Agreed. I'm a huge HP fan and yeah, the movies left a lot out but I grew up with them as much as the books so I'm not excited for the reboot at all, really 😂
@ScrivenerApp My debut novel is contemporary YA but I'm moving on a children's fantasy novel at the moment, a new venture for me! Very exciting so far :)

@ZenOfDesign Great thread! I get why CCs are so complex nowadays but yeah, I'm one of those who feels overwhelmed by them and would rather just get to the game. I chose Karlach in BG3 and it's been great! I can't imagine the amount of work for that game to change for every character though
@DiscussingFilm I'm constantly "restarting" with new families when I get bored of my current one 😂 I'd love more scenarios though. This is kinda a bummer but at least we don't lose the money we spent on expansions? 🙃
Cassandra Nova’s mind-invasion fingers had us all squirming in our seats. Here’s how #DeadpoolAndWolverine VFX Supervisor Swen Gillberg and his team made it happen. 🧠
Children’s Books by Irish Authors are sneaking out of their section and setting themselves up on stands around the store … mischievous in the extreme & always want to be where the party is! In fairness … it does seem to buy mammies & daddies extra browsing time! 😂
I'm gonna explain to y'all why Britain considers 78°F/25°C hot. I know hot because I grew up in Texas and spent half my life in Las Vegas. So I am absolutely qualified to explain this to the rest of you who laugh at UK "heat waves".
