📸 - Harry Maguire is taken off and Old Trafford is giving him a standing ovation.
This is the man who kept standing up after receiving so much hate, this is the man who kept defending the colors of his club no matter what.
This is the man who kept going, the ultimate example.
Dear @ManUtd, @carras16@B_Fernandes8, @Amaddiallo_19,
On Sunday, when you face Crystal Palace, I ask for nothing fancy. No poetry. No apologies. No excuses.
Just. Win.
I don’t care if it’s a scrappy 1–0 that makes the purists cry.
I don’t care if it’s 2–1 with my heart in my throat.
Score from a rebound, a deflection, a penalty nobody understands — just find a way.
If you must become corner merchants like Arsenal or Everton, so be it.
If you must hold a ridiculous high line like Barcelona, please do it boldly.
Play ugly. Play brave. Play desperate.
But play to win.
Because 21 is not a fantasy. It is not a dream whispered in the dark. It is a target. And targets are chased.
So on Sunday, bleed for it. Fight for it.
Take it.
Nothing more.
Just bring me the three points. 🔴
Yours truly
Oluwademilade ❤️
Ladies in the house…Do you know that after delivery, you may experience difficulties in your legs that can affect your walking?
If you’re a lady, or you have a sister, fiancée, or girlfriend… Walk with me as we discuss MATERNAL OBSTETRICS PALSY!
WHAT IS MATERNAL OBSTETRICS PALSY?
It’s a nerve injury that occurs during childbirth, often due to prolonged labour, difficult delivery, or pressure on the nerves (the ones that control the legs and private area).
It can affect movement and sensation in the legs or pelvis.
WHAT CAN CAUSE IT?
•Wrongly done spinal or epidural injection during labour
•Shorter women or women with smaller pelvises
•Long or delayed labour
•First-time mothers
•Instrumental delivery (forceps or vacuum)
•Large baby (macrosomia)
•Breech or abnormal baby position
SYMPTOMS TO WATCH OUT FOR
•Weakness in one or both legs
•Numbness or tingling sensations
•Difficulty walking or standing
•Pain or burning sensation in affected areas
•Weak foot movement or foot drop
•Trouble controlling urine or stool after childbirth
WHAT TO DO?
•Follow up with your doctor if you notice any symptoms
•Start physiotherapy early…it help to restore strength and mobility
HOW CAN IT BE PREVENTED?
• Attend regular antenatal care to identify risk factors early
• Ensure delivery is conducted by skilled health professionals
• Avoid prolonged labour through early hospital presentation
• Proper positioning and care during labour and delivery
• Careful and correct administration of spinal or epidural anesthesia
• Early decision for assisted or surgical delivery when labour is difficult
• Prompt referral to higher centers when complications arise.
CONCLUSION
Maternal Obstetric Palsy is preventable and treatable, but awareness is everything.
If you experience any signs after delivery, don’t ignore them!
PLEASE REPOST TO EDUCATE OTHERS… and give me a follow too 🌚🤲🏾
