The audacity of @Healthkart to reject my return request when ON @Team_Optimum website indicates that the product is not authentic. Despite providing evidence, they claim it is genuine and have refused my return request. Is there any way I can escalate this matter?
Shocked and angry. I ordered from HealthKart expecting genuine products, but the item I received appears questionable and has raised major authenticity concerns.
I expect an immediate explanation and resolution.
Has anyone else faced a similar issue?

Shameful experience with @AkasaAir. Stranded inside flight QP1317 for ALMOST 2 hours with ZERO updates from the pilot. Missed a critical event due to "technical issues," yet they’ve rejected my claim, citing "guidelines." Technical snags are NOT extraordinary circumstances
@MahindraFin I tried calling customer service, but there was no response. I also sent an email a week ago and have yet to receive a reply. However, I have now received a message stating that the ticket has been closed.
One year to this & still @AirIndiaX haven't resolved this. Multiple tickets & submitted all the documents as asked buts still no resolution. Is there any other way?
Worst experience with @AirIndiaX . Numerous case numbers raised on Tia chat bot, they don't reply back on @X dms, customer support cuts the call in the middle, & if we try to send them a mail with documents we get attached automated response. @MoCA_GoI@mohol_murlidhar
@AirIndiaX let me know what other relationship documents you require. I have already provided Aadhaar cards for all the passengers, which clearly establish the relationship among them. @AirIndiaX
When Aalam asks Hamza his name for the first time, Hamza hesitates. Aalam asks again. Hamza repeats it clearly. That’s not dialogue filler — it’s an identity-under-pressure check. Aalam is testing whether Hamza collapses when challenged or stabilizes. @AdityaDharFilms
I think Aalam rejected Hamza first because he doesn’t trust anyone by default. He operates with extreme caution so accepting a stranger instantly would mean exposing his network without leverage which is something completely out of character for a seasoned operator like him.
That rejection was a test.
Later that night, Aalam lets Hamza get attacked by the Babu Dakait gang because he wants to watch whether Hamza breaks or stays silent or whether he can take hits and survive without protection because in that moment Aalam is deciding if Hamza is a dead weight or someone he can actually trust.
Once Hamza takes that beating, he is compromised, dependent and forced to commit. Only then does Aalam take him in.
In spycraft, this is called point of no return conditioning.
That is Aalam being strategic and that is exactly why Dhurandhar feels so well written where even the smallest scenes carry deep layered meaning.
@AirIndiaX Even after I have shared all the required documents—and despite your acknowledgment—you are still asking for the same documents again over email. You have been dragging this matter since last year by repeatedly using the same tactics, which has caused unnecessary delay@AirIndiaX
@AirIndiaX Under these circumstances, please explain why I should not file a formal complaint with the Consumer Court for deficiency in service and harassment. @AirIndiaX
