It's yet another sunday morning

It's time for sunday church meetings

The very essence of church meetings is building up the believer who in turn builds the church

We mustn't focus on being blessed alone and not on being a blessing

It's already two services this month

Can you review your activities in church

Any new member in church via your effort?
Any person attending the new converts /foundation school/membership classes through you?

Any increase in your giving?
Did you add anything substantially to your department?
Did you assist one with material needs?
Did you minister or prayed with any church member through this month?
Have you been attending church prayer meetings?
What about mid week services?or are you a sunday sunday member?

Do this review today and ensure you make adjustments.

Don't forget to take your church notes and call up or pick up invitees for today's service(ensure some one new attends today!)

Don't forget to pray for pastor and all ministering this morning and the pauline prayers for your self too!

This Morning is Church

Diligence is required to serve the Lord(romans12:11)

It means you will be on your way early enough to fulfil all your obligations in the church meeting

Having an early morning devotion helps your reception during the service
During this devotion going thru last week's teaching and praying for the service will help your sensitivity

That said

Don't treat church like either a viewing center,tourist attraction or "freebies" store

It's your Father's house

Let your hand find something to do!

I observed many of us are aloof as touching this

There are several units and departments you can engage in

Ushering,music,sound,cameras,protocol,security,welfare etc

It can be distressing for a pastor to see many members not in any of such units.

Let's serve His church

It pleases God more than you doing philanthropy elsewhere.

Start being active today!

That said,i believe you have people to call or pick up for church

Remember your notes and bible.

Let's talk about your experience serving your local church after today's service.
