Very disappointed with Airtel WiFi.Raised a complaint but no engineer visited my home. The issue was marked “fixed from backend,” yet my internet is not working properly. This is unacceptable.@airtelindia@Airtel_Presence see to it.

Hi @JioCare@reliancejio I’m not receiving a 5G signal on my phone even though I have an active ₹349 (2GB/day) plan. The same SIM works with 5G on another device, and other Jio SIMs get 5G on my phone. Please look into this issue. #Jio5G#Jio
Seen an offer in Vi app on Recharge of 199 I will get 2GB + 1GB/Day for 28 Days but after I recharge that removed offer from everywhere and the customer care told me that offer is not there and after then cut the call and I am not able to connect to them again @vodafoneIN_Fdtn

Only received this. Previously also I have recharged but from third party so I think offer is only for VI app so for this time I have recharged through VI app but after recharge from VI app also they have not given the offer Vi India Fraud company port out from it @ViCustomerCare

I want to cancel my airfiber connection but after I give a request to cancel the Airfiber it will get cancelled and after that no device pickup is done and nothing and after that they retain me without any notice or call.

@JioCare@JioCare when I will get my refund my connection is terminated and the home care engineer does not know how to do that but customer care told me to give bank account details to the home care engineer who will come at the time of device pickup. Please give me my refund.
