Booked tickets for Ind vs Eng 1st ODI (Nagpur, Feb 2). Transaction failed, money debited, and no refund even after 10 days! Support was no help. Refunds usually take 5-6 days—this has been my worst experience. @lifeindistrict, @zomato, @deepigoyal fix this!
