To Whom It May Concern,

This is to bring to your attention the need to investigate Ruiru Lands Registry where corruption is run openly during broad day light.

The office is wrotten to the core from the Head i.e. Lands Registrar (Robert Mugendi) to the secretary Salome and all the way to the lowest messenger (Dan the receptionist).

Kenyan Citizens are suffering getting services from the office. Abuses and anger venting is hurled left right and centre. I feel for the old folks who have to persevere the abuses. The question is are this civil servants working for Kenyans or their own interests? They cannot offer you a service unless you Toa "kitu kidogo". Impunity of the highest degree.

Kenyans looking for even simple services as drafting a letter have to part with hefty bribes from the staff, brokers and cartels who are mainly used as proxies to the main recipient the lands registrar who takes huge bribes .

The Registrar Mbuba is the most arrogant civil servant ever witnessed. Who blatantly takes bribes in the office by having private meetings. His workmates fear him like plague. He works depending on moods and personal interests. Every Friday is payday for the registrar.

Investigate and you will witness the hub of corruption of Kiambu. Otherwise, this is a time bomb.
