Side Note: Public Service has a lot of people who don't understand what it is to be public servants - putting more effort in their emotions and moods and taxing everybody psychologically as if they're psychological ritualists. You'd think they don't have power at their houses, relationships and families so they come and abuse the power they have at work.

It is not a place to leave because of somebody's toxicity. Government is our mother. It's a place where you read the Public Service Staff Rules and grow honey badger skin...plus porcupine spikes just in case you need them. Nashi kale ike oitenda koitenda, because even if you report, your concerns won't be taken seriously.
