Whatever you're chasing in life, you can never be satisfied,if it is money if it is women or luxuries etc there is no "enough" to it, you'll always want more.
I finally got intimate with my boyfriend, but our first night together was nothing like I imagined.
My boyfriend, Ryan, and I had been dating for almost two years. We were both waiting until we felt completely comfortable before taking that step.
Last Saturday, it finally happened.
I won't lie, I was nervous. I hadn't watched much porn, so most of what I knew about sex came from conversations and things I'd heard from other people. I honestly thought our first time would be smooth and romantic.
Ryan started with kissing and foreplay, and everything felt lovely. But when we tried penetration, things became awkward.
At first, he struggled to get inside properly. When he finally did, I barely felt anything beyond some pressure. Before we could even get comfortable, he finished.
I looked at him, and his face immediately changed.
“Please don't laugh at me,” he said.
I hugged him and told him it was okay. I could see how embarrassed he was, and the last thing I wanted was to make him feel worse.
We tried again after a while, but it wasn't much different. This time, I felt a little more, but he still finished very quickly.
We eventually stopped trying and spent the rest of the night talking and laughing.
The next morning, he apologised again.
I told him I wasn't disappointed in him, but privately, I had questions too.
Is this normal when two people are inexperienced? Can nervousness really affect performance that much? And does it usually get better as couples become more comfortable with each other?
I love this man, and I don't want him to feel inadequate because of one awkward first experience.
Ladies and gentlemen, is this something other couples have experienced too?
