Got a @nextofficial gift card as a moving in present, placed an order with it. Oh no, I used my old address! Phoned up Next who cancelled the order before it arrived, great. They issued a refund by posting out a gift card - guess which address they sent it to!

So the status of my ASDA order @AsdaServiceTeam it was due 7-8pm, no sign of it. App says I'm "unlikely" to get it but someone should have been in touch (they haven't). Customer service don't know whether I'll get the order, or whether I'll have to go to the shop...

. @AmazonUK how do I make a complaint about a Morrisons order made through the amazon app? The cooling packs in BOTH cool bags were completely leaking resulting in all the items packaging being sodden wet, and a mess to clean up both in the hallway and the kitchen

Not only that, the oranges looked a bit off colour.

One or both of these things has resulted in a sudden growth of white powdery mould throughout the fridge, had to throw some stuff out and clean the rest. This has been another job I could have done without.
