This char executes the ".cmd" which is written in .bat programming language. (via StateDef Overflow), so here are some "ss" of the code.

So be careful when downloading characters...

Her HUD should be finished.
Her heart (level) beats based on her health. If it's more than half full, it beats every 60 frames; if it's half full or less, it beats every 120 frames. If health is at 0, the heart stops beating.
