10 are unnecessarily diagnosed and treated.

1/ 🔬 When the USPSTF grades mammography, it grades a detection procedure.

It does not grade:
— Reducing inflammation
— Carcinogen/exposome factors
— Immunological status
— Altering microRNA expression
— Changing the epigenetic terrain

Detection ≠ Prevention.

This is the foundational category error of modern oncology.
