BREAKING: The US will allow Iran to immediately begin selling oil and fuel under the deal to end the war, per WSJ.
Details include:
1. The provision for waivers of sanctions on oil sales takes effect immediately upon signing the agreement
2. This also covers necessary services including banking, transportation and insurance needed to facilitate the sales
3. Iran is expected to receive upfront sanctions relief under the deal with further relief tied to Iran’s performance
Oil prices are down sharply on the news.
BREAKING: A source close to the IRGC says there is "growing satisfaction" inside the Revolutionary Guards over the deal, with IRGC Commander Ahmad Vahidi saying "first, we take the money" in reference to the $300 billion in reconstruction funds and $24 billion in frozen funds Iran is receiving, and then the IRGC takes over the Strait of Bab al-Mandeb after Hormuz, where it plans to "play exactly the same game."
The IRGC's internal assessment is that Iran preserved its ballistic missile program, full regional proxy network, complete control over Hormuz and ability to rebuild while extracting hundreds of billions of US dollars and recognition, with discussions already focused on "the day after the agreement, not the agreement itself."
BREAKING: Iran says the US has agreed to permanently hand over the Strait of Hormuz to Iran under their full sovereign authority, with Iran collecting tolls called "service fees" from all commercial ships after a 60-day waiver period. The opening is planned for Friday, after the signing, per Fars.
With pre-war Hormuz traffic at 30,000 vessels and 7.6 billion barrels of oil per year, this could generate $10+ billion in annual revenue for Iran, and comes on top of the $300 billion in reconstruction funds directly sent to Iran.
This also directly contradicts Trump's claim of a "toll free opening of the Strait of Hormuz" under no fees.
BREAKING: Iran says the US has agreed to pay $300 billion in reconstruction funds directly to Iran as part of the deal Pakistan announced, alongside the release of $24 billion in frozen funds with $12 billion released before negotiations even start, per Mehr News.
This directly contradicts Trump's & Vance's claim that no funds will be transferred to Iran at all.
If Trump denies this is true, there never was a deal. If Trump confirms, the US has fully capitulated to Iran's demands.
EXPECTED TERMS OF US-IRAN PEACE DEAL:
1. Extends ceasefire between US and Iran for 60 days
2. Begins 60-day negotiation period for technical discussions around Iran's nuclear program
3. Removes US Naval blockade and reopens Strait of Hormuz
4. US will commit to discuss sanctions relief with Iran
5. US will commit to discuss the release of frozen Iranian funds
6. Peace deal includes permanent end to fighting on all fronts, including Lebanon
7. Final agreement to be signed on June 19th in Switzerland
We expect to receive more detail on terms shortly.
The Iran peace deal has now been announced by Pakistan on X, confirmed by US leaders and Iranian media on X, and backed by Qatar on X.
X has become the central venue to discuss and announce the most influential decisions in the world.
AMD CEO Lisa Su just killed Nvidia’s $4,000 AI box with a $1,499 lunchbox.
She walked on stage, held it in one hand, and ran a 235 billion parameter model live. No data center. No cloud. No rented GPU.
The chip inside is something nobody saw coming. AMD’s Ryzen AI Max+ 395 is the first x86 silicon where CPU and GPU share the same 128GB of memory. That single trick lets a desktop run models that used to need a server rack.
Out of those 128GB, Linux hands the GPU 110GB to play with. For context, an RTX 5090 gives you 32GB. A 4090 gives you 24. This box gives you more than three times either of them, in a chassis the size of a thick paperback.
The benchmark that broke the room: this chip beat an Nvidia RTX 5080 by more than 3x on DeepSeek R1 inference. A $1,499 lunchbox outrunning a $1,000 discrete graphics card on a real AI workload. Nvidia spent a decade convincing the world you needed their hardware for serious AI. AMD just put that on a desk for half the price.
Here is what nobody is telling you. A heavy AI user right now pays $200 for Claude Code Max, $200 for ChatGPT Pro, $20 for Cursor, $20 for Gemini. That is $5,280 a year leaving your account. The box pays itself off in 9 months and then runs free for the rest of its life.
Install Ollama. Pull Qwen3 235B. Point Claude Code at localhost. Same interface you already use, except now nothing leaves your machine, nothing costs per request, and no company throttles your usage at 3am when you finally have time to build.
This is the moment every AI subscription becomes optional. Lawyers stop fearing OpenAI leaks. Developers stop watching the token meter. Founders stop renting H100s for prototypes that never ship because the bill scared them.
The first thousand people to figure this out will own the next two years of private AI consulting.
Save this, and read the full breakdown article below you are watching the next shift hit before everyone else does.
🚨🇺🇸 Leute, denkt das mal weiter! 🤯
Crypto - dezentrale Rechenleistung ohne Gatekeeper:

The product is designed for users who may not qualify through traditional credit checks but already hold stablecoins on Coinbase.
Another record has been set.
The US stock market cap-to-GDP ratio is up to a record 238%.
This comes as the stock market's value surged to an all-time high of $75.7 trillion, far exceeding the ~$31.8 trillion size of the US economy.
This ratio has surged +38 percentage points since the March 30th bottom in the S&P 500.
This metric is also now +90 percentage points above the 2000 Dot-Com Bubble peak of ~148%.
Since the 2008 Financial Crisis, the US stock market has grown at 5x the rate of the underlying economy.
