I know your mentor might not have told you this, but I will.
The first few minutes of a new trading week shouldnβt be spent looking for entries.
They should be spent understanding the story the market is telling.
Before I risk a single dollar, I ask myself:
β’ What did the Weekly just tell me?
β’ What has the Daily confirmed?
β’ Is H4 in agreement?
β’ Is H1 simply providing the execution?
Only after those questions are answered do I start looking for an entry.
Most traders do the exact opposite.
They open the charts and immediately start hunting for setups.
Thatβs why they end up forcing trades.
The entry is the easiest part of the trade.
Building the narrative is where the real edge is.
If you can learn to read the story before looking for the setup, youβll stop chasing the market and start executing with confidence.
Trade the narrative, not just the candle. π€π¦
