I’m hiring a full-time Copywriter / Creative Strategist to join a fast-growing DTC e-commerce brand currently scaling aggressively through Meta Ads.

You’ll be responsible for developing direct-response creative that drives real revenue and scale, not just content that looks good.

You’ll be working on:
→ Video ad scripts across UGC, AI, animation, talking head and other formats
→ Hooks, angles and creative variations
→ Native long-form Facebook ads
→ Landing pages, advertorials and funnel copy
→ New customer avatars, pain points and messaging angles
→ Aggressively iterating winners while constantly developing new concepts and angles

Requirements:
→ You must have personally strategised/written at least one creative that has spent $100K+
→ Proof of spend/performance will be required
→ Strong direct-response copywriting experience
→ Deep understanding of hooks, pain points, desires, awareness levels and consumer psychology
→ Experience writing copy that converts cold traffic
→ Strong understanding of Meta creative performance
→ Ability to research customers and turn insights into new angles and concepts
→ DTC/e-commerce experience strongly preferred
→ Able to move fast, take feedback and consistently produce a high volume of quality work

This is a full-time role. I’m not looking for someone juggling five other brands on the side. I want someone who can become deeply involved in the business, understand our customers and put serious effort into helping us scale.

You must also be comfortable working weekends when required.

Compensation will include a competitive base + significant performance-based bonuses for creatives that hit our scaling KPIs.

🚨 AI Video Editor — Multiple Openings

We're hiring AI Video Editors to create hyper-realistic AI UGC and performance-driven ad creatives for our DTC brands.

Requirements:
- Strong command of AI video/generation tools (realistic AI avatars, AI UGC, animation, claymation, etc.)
- Proof of work: creatives you've made that have driven $20K–$50K+ in ad spend
- Strong portfolio of past work required
- Understanding of direct-response / performance-driven editing — not just making ads look good
- Ability to take a creative brief and turn it into a high-performing ad
- Experience with tools such as Kling, Veo, Higgsfield, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Runway, etc. is a plus

Full-time, long-term opportunity + performance-based upside.
