@SonyNZ I ordered headphones online and retuned them unopened (changed my mind). Tracking number was shared on the email and was picked already by the fliway. It has already been received by your warehouse sighed by Bob. I sent emails and no update on refund

#nzcourier you are so slow. One item from Purnell to Kumeū is still in transit after 10 days of pickup. Ordered a small item from else where and it was with me within 3 days via Nz post. Do something. I am not going to use any online shop if I come to know they use Nzcourier.
