Everything Kiz/Phil did is well within the rules of golf. Just because you don’t like it doesn’t make it illegal or against the rules (or spirit of the game as you interpret it)

Just put the hand up and say you don’t know what you’re talking about. Have you played USGA events or any highly competive golf before?
