After nearly 20 years as a loyal @TMobile customer, I'm beyond disappointed. I was told my grandfathered plan isn't eligible for the AutoPay discount, despite years of loyalty. Why are long-term customers being penalized for keeping the very plans that kept us with T-Mobile?

@TMobile@TMobileHelp What's even more frustrating is that several representatives have repeatedly tried to pressure me into changing my grandfathered plan knowing I'd lose benefits I can never get back. That's not customer service; it's an unfair sales tactic.
