Four years of raiding payslips for "Housing" you'll never own.
Four years of SHA taking money while hospitals turn sick children away.
Four years of blaming a retired president.
2027 is personal.
All of Kasongo's problems can be attributed to arrogance.
He was arrogant enough to think he can ignore the constitution + rule of law and succeed.
He was arrogant enough to award his friends with positions that should have gone to technocrats.
He was arrogant enough to rob our payslips.
He was arrogant enough to think he can kill us and lead us.
He was arrogant enough to invent projects, fund those projects with money gotten forcefully from Kenyans just to gove himself and his friends tenders.
He was arrogant enough to not listen to the people.
He was arrogant enough to kill healthcare and education.
He was arrogant enough to think he's only in office to campaign for his next term and make as much money as he can.
He was arrogant enough to think all he needed for reelection was to buy off opposition, acquire ridiculous amounts of money and safirisha agwambo.
He was arrogant enough to think everyone is scared of him and no one would challenge him in 2027.
He was arrogant enough to surround himself with class two dropouts, illiterates and people of questionable character whose only job is to sing his praises.
The list goes on.
He's still arrogant enough to not know his arrogance has cost him everything.
KEEP UHURU KENYATTA OUT OF YOUR FOUL MOUTH
William Ruto, keep Uhuru Kenyatta out of your foul mouth.
Respect the man who gave you a political lifeline when you had no business sitting in the second-highest office in the land. Under the 2010 Constitution, Uhuru made you his Deputy President and gave you enormous access to government and power.
And what did you do with that trust?
You built your own political empire inside his government, surrounded yourself with loyalists, fought your own boss, and turned every disagreement into political warfare.
You were not a victim of Uhuru Kenyatta. You were his Deputy President.
You enjoyed the government.
You enjoyed the security. You enjoyed the power. You enjoyed the billions in government spending. You enjoyed the presidency's machinery.
Then you walked out and reinvented yourself as the great victim.
Spare us the theatre you liar.
And before you drag Uhuru's name through the mud, remember the dark questions that have followed you for years.
Jacob Juma's murder remains unresolved.
Juma publicly raised serious allegations involving you William Ruto before his death.
Uhuru did not kill Jacob Jacob Juma.
Uhuru Kenyatta did not kill Christopher Chege Msando .
So William Ruto, if you want to campaign, campaign.
If you want to defend your record, defend it.
If you want to explain why the hustlers are suffering, explain it.
But stop dragging Uhuru Kenyatta into every campaign because you cannot defend your own record.
You inherited institutions and programmes and renamed them.
You inherited NHIF and replaced it with SHA.
You inherited KYEOP and rebranded it as NYOTA.
You inherited the affordable housing agenda and made it a taxation machine.
You inherited Last Mile and continued with it.
You inherited a country where Kenyans were demanding more, and you promised them Bottom Up.
Now look at the hustlers.
They are hurting.
They are angry.
They are asking where the Bottom Up miracle went.
And instead of answering them, you retreat to your backyard and start shouting UHURU! UHURU! UHURU!
Why?
Because Uhuru is easier to attack than your own record.
William Ruto, history will not remember how loudly you insulted Uhuru Kenyatta.
History will remember what you did with the enormous power Uhuru handed you.
So wipe the saliva from your mouth, stop the political theatrics and face Kenyans.
Uhuru is not your problem.
Your record is.
And the more you scream his name, the more Kenyans will ask one simple question:
WHAT HAPPENED TO BOTTOM UP?
The casualty is not Uhuru Kenyatta.
The casualty is the Ruto presidency itself.
Gachagua never publicly criticized Ruto while serving as Deputy President. In fact, he was one of Ruto's fiercest defenders, often responding aggressively to critics of the President and the government. It was only after his impeachment that he began speaking out. Sifuna, on the other hand, has consistently criticized this administration. Even after the handshake between ODM and the government, he continued to call out Ruto whenever he believed the government had fallen short.
Ruto just spent 40 minutes trying to create a false equivalence between our national values set out in the constitution and his so called “development”. Kenyans, please trust me when i tell you there is a reason the Preamble comes before Article 43. You don’t get to the “development “ clauses until and unless you have taken into account the reasons we passed this constitution in the first place. Democracy, Human Rights, Freedom, Equality, Rule of Law and Social Justice.
