Again I’m repeating how easy it is to gain weight.

75% of Americans are considered overweight.

What that means is that for most American adults, if they continue whatever they are doing right now, they will be fat if they aren’t already. Without realizing it.

Even an extra 300 calories (4 chip ahoy cookies) a day leads to 30 pounds of fat gain per year.

People are not eating enough protein but eat processed foods like that which is high in calories but low in satiation.

Meaning you’ll still be hungry after those extra 300 calories of cookies and are likely to eat double or even triple that on top of daily meals.

The average American also underestimates the amount of calories consumed per day.

Basically, if you’re not intentional with how you eat you are destined to become fat simply because most foods, fastfoods, and restaurant foods can be 2-4 times of the daily calories you actually need.

Obesity is the #1 leading cause of heart disease and the #2 leading cause of cancer.

Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States.

We are walking ourselves to our own deaths without realizing it.
