@scapiasupport there are extra charges on my card, I've sent the email but no sign of support or acknowledgment. Do you guys even have a support ticket system?
@RailwaySeva@shyam81094 I'm also traveling in the same train. Worst experience for vande bharat. Train was 3 hrs late, unclean toilets. This isn't the service expected from a premium train.
