As coaches, it is our role & responsibility to establish the culture & energy of the room. It is important to also understand, though, that we are human so we value being in rooms where the energy is reciprocated.

WHY do you do it? And what are you willing to sacrifice? Because if you only want to give it when it’s convenient, it doesn’t mean enough. You’ve gotta hold yourself to a higher standard than the one placed on you by others.

Performance Coach 🤝 Sport Coach. It takes a village to raise an athlete much like it does a child. Our role as performance coaches is to elevate the raw skills and qualities of an athlete while the sport coach provides game oriented opportunities for expression of those skills.
