2. Block customers that just beg for a new one so their mom can bake without fear of getting hurt.

To replace or refund my mom's oven that exploded glass all over the kitchen instead of just repairing the glass to have it explode again. A very common issue they call "unusual" and "not a safety concern"

On March 31st, my mom was baking something in her 2 month old GE Oven (model JGBS66FEKDS) when she heard a loud explosion from the kitchen and came out to find glass all over the floor which flew across the whole kitchen.

FINISHED kitchen remodel in time for thanksgiving having everyone at our house from all over the US. used the self clean on our brand new GE oven and the glass exploded we can’t get any help.

Not sure what to do now, but if you have this oven from @GE_Appliances beware and I hope you're not the first to get seriously injured before they decide to do something about it.

We've also heard from someone that works at @GE_Appliances that they had around 100 of these installed in an apartment complex and at least 5 of them had the same problem.
