@thegenerahl @eyebloggzstylin @yabaleftonline Coming back to this above video, a gun was pointed at the guy in car, to defend himself, he sped off, hitting the guy, in this case, if he dies, self defence will fly like a kite. I doubt he will even be charged sef if the police sees the video.

But I believe he didn’t shoot because at that point, he isn’t in immediate danger from the guy.Typically, if you are able to wrestle a weapon from an attacker and no threat to you again. You loose self defence argument if you go ahead to k!l the attacker
