As a baker, I can never replicate another baker’s work exactly.
Even if I use their design as a reference, I must add my own twist to make it uniquely mine.

That’s what creativity is about inspiration, not photocopying.

It’s amazing how a simple pause from food can bring so much balance — physically, mentally, and spiritually.
