If ethnicity exists at all, which it obviously does, then English is an ethnicity.

This is a simple statement of fact. It is possible to be culturally English or French or Japanese, etc, but ethnically be different. The first is “software”, the other is “hardware”.

🔬 Epstein instructed Gates' chief science advisor Boris Nikolic to arrange meetings with DARPA Director Regina Dugan — the same year she approved the mRNA vaccine program that laid the foundation for the COVID-19 response

Nikolic sent Epstein briefing dossiers on Dugan — press profiles, Congressional testimony — and proposed a DC trip to facilitate introductions

📅 Epstein personally scheduled "regina, darpa" on his calendar. His executive assistant executed the reminder on September 6, 2011, on schedule

🍽️ When billionaire Tom Pritzker casually mentioned he was "seeing Darpa lady tonite," Epstein instantly fed him a specific research proposal to pitch her — bridging NSA cryptanalytic methods and neuroscience

💉 The man who built DARPA's $291M mRNA vaccine program and awarded Moderna its foundational $25M — Dan Wattendorf — moved directly to the Gates Foundation in 2016. The Gates Foundation gave Moderna $20M that same year

📋 In February 2017, a bgC3 workplan listing former DARPA BTO founder Geoff Ling "(DARPA)" as a partner — including a "Strain simulation exercise" deliverable — was sent to Epstein for editing. The confidentiality footer was addressed to "JEE"

🌐 That same two-month window: DARPA launched its Pandemic Prevention Platform. CEPI launched at Davos with $460M in Gates funding. A separate Epstein associate listed "pandemic simulation" as a career credential and "parametric trigger" development as professional experience — with Epstein instructing: "Put together your resume… for my submission."

🔍 In November 2021 — two years after Epstein's death — an FBI FD-1023 confidential source report showed the Bureau's San Francisco field office was still tracking Boris Nikolic's DARPA-adjacent investment activities under Case No. 272-SJ-3262541

The financial architecture required biological technologies to deploy. DARPA was building them. The Gates orbit built the governance infrastructure to deploy them. Epstein sat at the junction where both streams met — editing workplans, steering careers, seeding research concepts across multiple simultaneous channels — with no public accountability structure at any point in the circuit.

All of it after his 2008 conviction. All of it while he was a registered sex offender.

The Jeff Epstein saga isn't a scandal about pedophilia, it's about a Russian word called 'blat,' a Soviet-era word meaning 'the use of personal networks for obtaining goods and services in short supply and for circumventing formal procedures.' It's about a kind of government.

As with the large number of 'blatniks' in the Soviet era who made sure their factories got what they needed outside the formal state procurement process, Epstein greased the wheels for the neoliberal state. His job was governance.

What does that mean? Well it's clear that Epstein was an entrepreneurial broker across multiple public and private bureaucracies, helping organize 'under-the-table' deals among the legal, business, intelligence, and political elites to allow them to escape the rule of law and traditional conflict of interest restrictions. It's statecraft to allow a superclass to systemically escape the formalized rules.

The pedophilia and prostitution were part of it - that is obviously violating the rule of law - but so are the random favors Epstein bestowed. Like Epstein sending Senator Joe Manchin's request for a yacht, a request which came from the First lady of the Virginia Islands, to a random NY financier who might have one. Or working with Joi Ito at MIT and billionaire Reid Hoffman to restructure the Bitcoin Foundation. It's all about matching capital and talent and inputs outside of the restrictions ordinary people are subject to.

This kind of governance is particularly important in Soviet-style states, where everyone knows the rules are fake, where skirting the system IS the system. Epstein and his affiliates thrived because of the weakened institutions of the United States, institutions enfeebled in many cases by the men in his network, like Larry Summers. These men adopted multiple roles - advisor, businessman, academic, board member, regulator - and put on the hat that best maximized their self-interest and the self-interest of their narrow network at that moment.

The old world, where handing someone your business card meant you represented that institution, disappeared in the 1980s. Over the course of the 1990s, neoconservatives, neoliberals, bankers - ultimately Epstein's network - built this new social order. It was one where you couldn't succeed through the formal rules, but if you were let into the networks of trust by blatniks, you could do anything you wanted.

While all the specifics of Epstein's network are not known, and while conspiracy theorists often have crazy views, they have correctly fingered that the world of meritocracy and formalized systems is increasingly a fraud. And that the real government lies elsewhere.

In short, when formal democratic institutions like Congress stop governing, the networks of men like Epstein fill the power vacuum. Epstein built what Roy Cohn always wanted to have, but never achieved, because the then-institutions were too strong for him to break.

This isn't just about HYBE. If you look deeper, it's a pattern across multiple Kpop companies, profit is prioritized above idols and basic human decency.

Take a look at the Korea Music Content Association (KMCA), an industry organization whose directors include #HYBE, #JYP, #SM, and #YG. KMCA's president was involved in the assault of teenagers. This same organization also opposed a bill intended to protect minors and underage idols from exploitative contracts and harmful working conditions.

A Korean name has surfaced in the #EpsteinFiles, Yu Myung-hwan, a South Korean diplomat who served as Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade from February 2008 to September 2010.

Following his retirement from public service, he became a senior advisor to Kim & Chang, the law firm retained by HYBE and widely regarded as South Korea's most powerful and influential legal institution.

His diplomatic career included appointments as Ambassador to Israel (2002), Ambassador to the Philippines, and Ambassador to Japan (2007), as well as service as First and Second Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs.

It has been reported through documents revealed by the U.S. Department of Justice that an individual (Melissa Nathan) hired by #HYBE to target the members of #NewJeans since 2024, when the members were between 16 and 20 years old, had directly met and worked with #JeffreyEpstein, a man whose legacy is defined by the exploitation and abuse of minors, shielded by wealth, power, and influence.

This might just be one of the most disturbing smear and harassment campaigns in the K-pop industry.

How can you feel no shame in employing such a disgusting individual, someone who protected, worked with, and met a man like that, to target young girls?
