I guess my prediction was correct. @zomato share fall at 20%, thanks to lower circuit which saved it today but finally became a 2 digit share. If they can’t improve their #customersupport @zomatocare it will keeps going like this and who know it could be a single digit.

Today I understand why @zomato is a loss making company. This will always remain a loss making and it’s active user base will get declined because of the policies and @zomatocare. They can’t abide by the mistakes they make and order force’s cancellation fees to #customers.
