मेडिकल सेक्टर के छात्र अपनी MBBS डिग्री विदेश से करते है और उसके बाद भारत आकर इंट्रनशिप करते है, इसके लिए इन्हें सरकारी अस्पताल में एक साल सेवा देनी पड़ती है।

सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने लगभग 2 साल पहले इन प्रक्षिशुओं हेतु वेतन (Stipend) को लेकर एक आदेश भी दिया है इसके बाबजूद यह प्रशिक्षु अलग अलग समय पर अपनी सेवा तो देते रहें परंतु इन्हें इनका वेतनमान नहीं दिया जाता है।

सरकार को इन प्रशिक्षुओं की समस्या पर ध्यान देना चाहिए।
