Hey @zomato @zomatocare Ordered samosa, kachori etc from Haldiram (2.6 km away) at 6:28 PM. ETA kept changing from 7:15PM to 7:54PM. Finally got cold food at 8:01. No human support, just the same warm AI bot. Warm support, cold food… iconic combo! 🙃 #Disappointed #zomato
