@ponnappa you're right, however technical people (currently) have a significant advantage - identifying the 'right' context and content to feed LLM's, limiting the token usage with explicit 'informed prompts' etc.

Family vacation to Puerto Vallarta ruined because I made the mistake of booking through @CapitalOne travel, the hotel (@garzablancapvr) refused to honor the booking and after 4+ hours of calling and being on hold the hotel charged us again, at twice the price to provide the room!
