📢 Urgent Complaint: UPRERA Violations at Tata Eureka Park, Noida sector 150

Homebuyers at Tata Eureka Park, Sector 150, Noida, are being forced into illegal possession without an Occupancy Certificate (OC)!

🚨 Key Violations:
❌ Possession Without OC – As per RERA Sec 11(4)(b), this is illegal, yet buyers are being coerced!
❌ Fake 'Deemed OC' Claims – Builder applied for OC on 27 Sep 2023, but UP RERA’s Oct 2023 report shows the project only 85% complete. How can "deemed OC" be valid?
❌ Unverified NOCs & Safety Risks – Fire & electricity NOCs lack transparency. Who ensures buyer safety in this incomplete project?
❌ Illegal Charges – Buyers are being forced to pay interest, maintenance & extra lease rent before proper handover! Without showing noc and lease rent increased document

⚠️ Failure of Authorities & Tata Housing:
Despite multiple complaints, @UPRERAofficial & @noida_authority have failed to act!
❓ @TATAValueHomes @tata_housing @TataCompanies why are you violating RERA guidelines & misleading buyers?
❓ @SanjayBDutt, @tata_housing why is Tata Housing not addressing these issues?
❓ @tata_comms @TataCompanies, is this how Tata Group treats homebuyers?
