@AmericanAir I am executive platinum. Had a seat in the front of the plane. Was upgraded to first. Boarded and sat down. Agent boarded and moved me to last row on plane. How? PHL to CVG 5514. Gate agent completely unapologetic and could care less.

@SEPTA_SOCIAL @SEPTA_PAO I’m on train 9591. It’s almost every night. It feels unsafe that only two doors open frankly. We are now 10 mins late at strafford and part of that is passengers fumbling to find a way to exit.

@SEPTA_SOCIAL @SEPTA_PAO This is almost every evening. When it’s not announced to look for a crew member, passengers just stand at closed doors that don’t open. Only two doors per train are opened.
