Thank you to @BCUDiamondCats for hosting the Johnny Hernandez camp! The boys went 2-1 and played all around great baseball and helped the boys out by catching a ton of barrels to help go 4-6 with 2 2b and 4 rbi @OstingerAcademy@TampaBSBL@UncommittedStud
Tough week for the boys out in Atlanta at the perfect game wwba looking to get back on track in fort myers. Found some barrels through out the week as well going 6-15 with a double and using the whole field to collect hits @TampaBSBL@UncommittedStud@PG_Uncommitted@SharksBsbl1

Very silent in stance with no wasted movement; short to the ball and long through contact; hands work well; gap power; good approaches all game.

Had super fun with the boys @OstingerAcademy going 4-1 and just coming up short from winning it all @PSBaseballScout went 5-11 with 2 rbi and used my speed to create chaos beating out infield singles and stealing multiple bases

In 2017 I threw 77mph, and prepared for university as a non-athlete.
18 months later, I threw 95mph and signed a professional baseball contract.
Here's the process (behind the scenes):
You are underutilizing your most valuable tool.
YOUR BRAIN.
Genuinely think about what exactly you did yesterday and I want you to break it down.
What did you do?
What was the purpose of doing it?
Get a pen and paper, write down the list.
Did you go to the gym? For how long? What was the goal?
Could you have finished your workout faster?
Could you have reached the same goal in half the time?
Went to work? For how long?
Is the goal to further your career, get a promotion? Or just to pay the bills.
THINK.
USE YOUR BRAIN.
WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH YOUR TIME AND WHY.
What do you want in life? Your dreams, aspirations and goals.
Is everything you did yesterday aligned with them?
Need to flip burgers to have a place to sleep and food to eat? You do need a place to sleep and food to eat to survive, fair enough.
Flipping burgers 80 hours a week so you can afford to go on vacation? VACATION WHY.
You are living in a haze.
You've never truly looked back and analyzed WHY you do the things you do.
And because of this, you waste so much of your power.
HOURS upon HOURS of work you're spending towards nothing.
Towards some bullshit.
Working an extra 30 hours so you can go to a concert so you can try to get your dick sucked.
WHY??
WHY do you NEED the concert?
If the goal is girls, go to the gym and become the man girls can't resist.
WHY ARE YOU WASTING YOUR LIFE TO TRY AND GO TO A CONCERT.
Become a professional.
List your dreams, list the things you want.
Now, review what you did yesterday.
Are your actions and your intent aligned?
Are you on the most efficient path?
Are you working on the right things?
Are you walking on the path that will get you where you want to go?
Or have you just been walking in circles?
THINK.
