@FitbitSupport I have a fitbit2 for close to 2y now. Yesterday when it run out of battery I put it to charge as normal. After fully charged, I checked and now the display is showing these black and white bars. Can you help?

@FitbitSupport hello there. I have a fitbit Arya that I have been using for some time now. More recently I have had to change batteries constantly. The reason is that it seems to be often sensing without any reason. Is this a hardware issue? Are there suggestions to fix it?
