@JioCare did not replace a lost sim even though a tax paying Indian provided all Id proof, Aadhar, pan, passport, DL, Voter id. And after multiple visits.

This no. has UPI and other SMS attached to it.

Imagine harassment of law abiding citizens.

@JioCare I have lost a jio sim taken over 10 years ago. However, despite putting all id papers including Aadhar, PAN, Passport , Driving license and voter id, your Sarojini Nagar office refuses to get my sim registered.

This sim has upi attached to it.

Jio broadband stops working on Saturday Afternoon. After lodging a complaint, the time given when Jio rep will address the situation is
17th June afternoon.

It's 14TH JUNE 16:50

This is the level of apathy from Jio. 72 hrs LATER. Is this service?
