After the Knicks’ Game 2 NBA Finals victory, a suspect was already under control and being handcuffed under the supervision of an NYPD captain when a Community Affairs officer allegedly slammed the suspect’s head into a pole.

Incidents like this continue to occur under @NYPDPC Jessica Tisch’s leadership. While executives who admit to misconduct avoid suspension or prosecution, lawsuits continue to mount and NYC taxpayers are left footing the bill.

Is this the standard that @NYCMayor and @NYCCouncil want representing the largest police department in the world?

Do not use StubHub. I purchased $1,500 of Journey tickets from them. They promised delivery before 4:30pm for a 7:30pm show. I spent 3 hours in the afternoon trying to get the tickets. Nothing. The venue was an hour from my home. At 6:30 no resolution, no contact. I did not go. I received upgraded tickets from them via email at 7:37pm via email. The show had started. I asked for a complete refund. They refused. They said I could have seen most of the show. These people are criminals. Period. @StubHub

Backstory: I pre-ordered the 25k before I went to the bank. They verified my account & ensured me that I could pick it up upon arrival. I guess they didn’t realize I was a woman of color. I’m not a victim or a “pick me,” & I hate people that always blame their race on shit. So if I’m saying I genuinely was racially profiled, that’s what it was. Because I plan on taking this to the furthest extent, I will not speak any further on this matter. My account is still frozen. Nothing in my account is fraudulent. I work very hard for my money. Bought a $1,742.80 camera online from BestBuy.

The FedEx delivery driver stole it. FedEx admitted it.

But BestBuy won’t give a refund. They said we need to “work with local law enforcement.”

Thought everyone should know if you buy from @BestBuy and a @FedEx driver steals what you paid for, your money is gone. Neither company will make it right.

I’ve spent over $30K at BestBuy and will never spend another penny there.
