Why does @KentROSystems have a store on @amazonIN if an RO filter purchased from there is deemed "local & not authorised" that immediately invalidates my AMC. What isn't there any kind of supervision? Who's going to take the ownership of this fraudulent business strategy? #delhi

@KentROSystems AMC covers only elect. parts as mentioned in point B and the filter is not an electrical part also described in bullet points in point B. The story of 'AMC being invalid in case of part change etc etc' doesn't specify which part pt. P & Q . Therefore I have to rely on pt. B again

@KentROSystems Kindly resolve my issue with your service engineers. I have not received the call back from the escalation team as well and it's been 2 hours. @maheshguptakent sir please escalate.

@KentROSystems Guys, if you all don't respond to DMs. Then what's the meaning of your response? This SOP response is of no help to me as a customer.

I have used Kent in multiple cities like Jamshedpur, Ranchi, Ramgarh, Kolkata but never have I encountered such issues with the employees. Either you are not spending a penny on their training or you have given them much liberty to misbehave with customers.

So the motor that was working sometimes before, now completely stopped working. I live on rent in Sheikh Sarai, Delhi. Complaint was registered at the Saket Kent Service office. (9602213333) Rakesh ji, Branch incharge, Saket, denied help and claimed AMC invalid.

As a customer i have now spent my money on AMC, never been able to get any service on that and now it's been deemed invalid. The technician came last time and quoted the price of the filter ₹4800/-. He then pulls out a wire so that motor stops working and water doesn't come.

Today I called your customer service and they explained that even if I buy filters from outside, the technicians can't deny working on the electrical issues. Neither does your terms and conditions mention anything about 'filters' making the case invalid. @maheshguptakent sir pls

@imthepk @Olacabs I'm sorry you had to go through this. I have experienced similar harassment from the auto driver when I was visiting Bangalore. A similar incident happened with my parents in Delhi with @Olacabs . It's infuriating to see you having to defend yourself against stupid comments.

@HDFCCredila If this issue doesn't get resolved by 30th April, I'll have to resort to legal actions. There's no proper way to complain because [email protected] doesn't respond. I am very willing to take this issue to @LinkedInIndia @instagram @facebook& spread the word.

@HDFCCredila ROI is extremely high (11.25%). Why does it take 20 days to get the part payment adjusted? What's the proof of my hard earned payment made towards my loan account? Other banks like @TheOfficialSBI complete this process in 24 hours. What's taking so long for Credila?
