Terrible service from @virginmedia. I’m a new customer and the engineer who installed my broadband 2 days ago left me with a hub that’s not compatible with my service. I now have no internet, no TVs, and 5 very unhappy kids over Christmas. No replacement hub until 29th. 😡😡😡

@virginmedia They also told me they couldn’t temporarily downgrade my service so we had broadband over Christmas. Really disappointed

@virginmedia They said the earliest delivery was 29th and earliest engineer was 30th. There is no option for me to collect a hub from anywhere. Not a great new customer experience

@virginmedia It’s a 1Gig Fibre package and the engineer gave me a hub 3.0. Customer services told me it’s not compatible
