a big reason I decided to try it again other than my friend was that I kept seeing art of Au Ras and Miqos and they looked so cute ;-;

Then, later, I figured I'd give it a go again and I had an IRL friend who played!

I made my own account and I became OBSESSED real fast.

For me, I binged The Guild and wanted what they had the same summer a friend invited me to try FFXIV.

I would load it up and go do errands / chores. Losing still counts as participating lol
