@OfficialDMRC @OfficialDMRC but if your staff is not responding in this case how can I get the solution. Your staff was the one who always used to say come later we are busy , come later they always used to say this. How can u forfeite my amount in this case ?

@OfficialDMRC On 8July21 I have chngd my metro card to a new one n I was told that I will receive my remaining bal. in new card but it's 28June22 still haven't received bal. Every time I went to counter they use to say come later. I do have unreadable card receipt with me

Whnevr I went to ask about remaining bal. they use to say go to station from whre u hve chngd card/ by saying Do come later. I was having some remaining bal. Of about 400Rs in card @OfficialDMRC

@ydvsandy93 Ya it's my responsibility that I have to take care of smart card/token but why I have to pay the penalty when i am already paying the full fare amt of system. When it's comes to there defect then also we have to pay penalty why though ?

Yesterday I lost my metro card and at exit time I went to counter and they asked me to pay amt of Rs.130 which I guess was wrong

pls take appropriate action & inform me why they did taken an amount of Rs 130 for just a exit token.

@naveen0783 @OfficialDMRC Yes somehow my card was not working I have changed the card on counter and they told me I will recieve balance in few days I have changed my card in June 2021 n it's June 2022 still haven't received remaining balance everytime they say come later.

@W_Ilyas @OfficialDMRC Even I have paid Rs50 for security while purchasing new metro card as every one has to pay if I lost the card somehow why should I have to pay the penalty?

@OfficialDMRC Today Somewhre I lost my metro card in metro, at exit time at SamypurBadliMetroStat. I went to counter to get token for exit, he asked me to pay an amt. of Rs. 130.Acc to me he had taken extra amt from me.Pls tell me y he has takn amt. of Rs130

@OfficialDMRC @DCP_DelhiMetro It's been20mins at Punjabi bagh west metro stationmetro is not moving.Even though it is stopping at every station for atleast 10-15mins.Everyone is facing issue.Most of the students are having exam.Kindly solve this issue asap
