@hmans That's assuming an R of ~3. Given an average killing spree of R=10, you need 90% for herd immunity. That's why you want to outlaw automatic assault rifles. Once it's under 1 you can enter the "dance" where you give them back some assault rifles but everyone has to wear vests.
