@virginmedia Been chatting on support who tried to sell me 9.99pm extra to use this. Just want to stop my device from responding to external pings, turn on basic router firewall and or use my own device (cannot apply modem only)

@virginmedia I think the issue is with the hub3. Prior to this morning all ok. After trying and following virgin guides I reset and connection back. But I am concerned as cannot turn on firewall protection or actually save any other settings
