@Msamalam Best variant is train tickets paid with cash that can be refunded if unused, I think it’s harder to separate the “receipt” from the ticket.

Some of you are saying "why isn't there a VTuber University" but the info is there for those that seek it

- I've done seminars in the twitch vtuber creator club discord multiple times
- Successful vtubers cover these topics on stream often
- 95% of the info you need is already covered in streamer u
- You can just google any of your questions and there will be several videos on it
- If you don't want to find the info via self research that's an indicator that you're not gonna make it

That said, I don't think the idea to do this kind of event is bad (especially if it's held in a way that helps people discover new small creators), but don't sleep on the free help people have thrown out there for years

But the point isn’t that edited is right for everyone but that your style needs to match the medium.

One thing to keep in mind about content creation as a business is that there are starting costs, it could take a very long time to recoup those. I approach it as a hobby and not a business, lucky enough I can fund my “losses” from my main income comfortably.

Biggest challenges for me ahead is improving the story before shooting and finding the time to shoot & edit.

@lyro_vt I’ve only seen one artist that I follow actively solicit commissions for sales at convention. It was not FCFS or so more of a way to bump up your oshi in the running for merch, came with one free item to be picked up at con.

SteamOS 3.8 runs great on Framework Desktop. You can drop into desktop mode to use it as a general-purpose workstation too.

It’s a little jank but did get a q3 to play vrc from a steamos computer (framework desktop running 3.8). Surprisingly good performance. It doesn’t turn on a screensaver for the tv tho so turn that off to avoid burnin.
