@SoTCityCouncil hi, I’m really interested to know why the garden brown bin stickers for 2026/27 are exactly the same colour as the 2025/26 ones? Surely the colour should have been different to last years so people don’t get it emptied for free?

@SoTCityCouncil Hi, so it’s a week since I raised this and your online system still states that my neighbour does NOT have a brown bin subscription! So how many people are getting away with this because it’s THE SAME COLOURED STICKER, it’s utterly embarrassing! Complaints email address please?

@SoTCityCouncil I’ll take your word for it currently, but would be amazed that the binmen have time to check who has and hasn’t paid! I’ll be sure to get back in contact if the bin calendar doesn’t update to say they have a subscription.
