@StubHub@TeamStubHub Is that why nobody has responded to my tweets? Or maybe you have your employees counting all the money you rip people off for. I bought $67 tix, never got them and all you offered me was $75 when I had to re-buy day of show for $210. And all I get is crickets now.
Hey just in case anybody needs tickets to anything, use @VividSeats instead of @StubHub They actually respond back to you and get your tickets to you in a timely fashion.
Hey @StubHub just in case you didn’t see my 20 sweets yesterday because you’re too busy counting all the money you rip people off for—I never got my $67 dollar tix from you guys and I had to buy $210 ones. All you offered was a $75 credit. 👎🏼👎🏼
What I originally paid on @StubHub $67.63 What I paid day of show when I DIDN’T get the tix I purchased on StubHub: $210 @StubHub offers me a $75 credit for THEIR MISTAKE. 🤔 I think their math skills are reciprocal to their customer service skills.
If @StubHub or @TeamStubHub thinks I’m going to stop tweeting about their absolute thievery they’re profoundly mistaken. 24 HOURS and I’m still waiting on a response back.
@TeamStubHub@StubHub Make this right before I pursue litigation for the amount of stress incurred for the four hours I no longer had tickets before the show! This is preposterous that all you offered was a $75 credit when I ended up having to pay $210
@TeamStubHub I figure I’ll throw you a bit of twitriol as well. I bought tickets for @newfoundglory for $67.63 and day of show I never received them! 2 tix day of show were now $210. All you guys offered as compensation was $75. 🤔

A full hour and nothing from @StubHub Perhaps they think it’s totally fine to strong arm their customers into take a credit that doesn’t pay for what the ticket price is DAY OF SHOW.
Hey Ryan. We are happy to offer you a $75 credit for our mistake. Tickets to your event are now $200 by the way! Us at @StubHub are more than happy to take more of your money! Now that’s a guarantee. FlubHub guarantees that we want all your money!
I nearly missed @newfoundglory and @LessThanJake because @StubHub flubbed their guarantee of getting your tickets before the event. I ended up having to buy new tickets for $200. A StubHub Flub and the best they could do was a $75 credit. HA!
Surprise surprise. @StubHub leaving me hanging much like they did yesterday DAY OF EVENT. I’m hearing crickets when I should be reimbursed for their screw up! I bet @VividSeats would respond faster.
I hope someone at @StubHub corporate rectifies this situation. A $75 credit when I LEGIT paid $200 for new tickets is not good enough. Especially with all the stress involved of potentially missing one of my favorite bands. Your guarantee is a lie.
@StubHub Your guarantee is that you DEFINITELY get your tickets before the show no matter what. That didn’t happen for me. And the best you offered was a $75 credit when the show was sold out. #scamhub
@StubHub I had to figure out how to buy new tickets WHILE driving to the show. Super dangerous. And at the end of the day I literally had to pay $200 for tickets I originally thought I would have for $65.
Does @StubHub think that a $75 dollar credit is sufficient when I ended up having to pay $200 because of “their bad”??? I should be reimbursed for the FULL DIFFERENCE period.
At the end of the day @StubHub issues me a credit of $75 dollars. Cool. Tickets to the sold out @newfoundglory show had now skyrocketed to $200 dollars which resulted in me paying $125 for a mistake that wasn’t even mine!
I purchased tickets for @newfoundglory and @LessThanJake on @StubHub a week ago for a combined price of 60ish dollars. I NEVER got them and hours before the show was subjected to hours of “figuring it out” on the phone.
