@DIGIMINAL P3 As for hitting the ground running that could be as simple as ensuring a candidate has the basic skills requirements and not someone that needs training walking into the role outside of internal corporate norms.
@DIGIMINAL P2 Teams that operate well and have a very high productivity rate also operate as families without requiring work be done without consideration for time, feelings, etc. it more means they watch out for each other and care about each other. P3 is coming
@DIGIMINAL Ha so short interviews should only be a red flag for the candidate that they may have not hit the mark. As for family and hitting the ground running. I think those are things you shouldn’t consider as red flags but things to watch for. P1 to be comtinued
