@apecz1 @AmandaPresto @benshapiro But saying they want equal pay and having the crowds chant equal pay isn't exactly conveying their needs appropriately, since in terms of percentage of total revenue, they're already making 4% higher than the men.

So in terms of that, asking for equal pay would mean they'd get 9% too instead of their 13. I get that according to their suit, they want basic medical staff like the men
